Trillium Screw Centrifugal Pump

The Trillium Screw Centrifugal pump is equipped with a classic single vane screw centrifugal impeller.

Trillium applies advanced pump design technology to increase product performance, reduce cost and improve lead time. The long-established screw centrifugal design provides clog-resistant pumping for trouble free movement of solids, and fibrous and stringy materials. The steep head-capacity curve produced by the impeller provides additional head to help push through any partial blockages.

The single vane impeller of the Screw Centrifugal pump creates a single channel flow, allowing for larger solids passage. The large solids passage provides better solids handling capabilities than any other pump type. The steep head-capacity curve provides ample reserve pressure to clear temporary clogs.

The combination of a low NPSH requirement and large solids channels provides a powerful pump for handling thick sledges. The steep head-capacity curve of the Screw Centrifugal pump also allows for pumping of varying sludge consistencies without the need to change speed. An additional benefit is the reserved head for clearing temporary line blockages.
Consistent impeller to liner clearance is imperative to the performance of the pump. As the pump components wear, clearance between the impeller and liner can be adjusted to ensure optimal performance.

Netzsch Multi Screw Pumps (MSP)

The Netzsch family of NOTOS Multi Screw Pump (MSP) has a superior quality to meet the demands of high standards of our customers. Netzsch 2 NS – Two Screw Pump

This Netzsch pump operates with a drive screw intermeshing with a driven screw transferring torque from one to the other. The screws are surrounded by the pump housing made of ferrous material. The screw geometry and the housing form the pumping chamber. Rotation, screw diameter, and screw pitch define the pump‘s flow rate. The product lubricates the internals. Four special bushings keep the screws aligned. The axial force resulting from the pumping motion is practically nil due to the pump’s hydraulic balancing.

The NOTOSTM Two Screw Pumps have a drive screw intermeshing with a driven screw, transferring torque from one screw to the other.

This Netzsch pump operates with a drive screw intermeshing with two driven screws transferring torque from one to the other. The screws are surrounded by the pump housing made of ferrous material. The screw geometry and the housing form the pumping chamber. Rotation, screw diameter, and screw pitch define the pump‘s flow rate. The product lubricates the internals. Four special bushings keep the screws aligned. The axial force resulting from the pumping motion is practically nil due to the pump’s hydraulic balancing.

The NETZSCH Three Screw Pumps have one drive screw intermeshing with two driven screws, transferring torque from one screw to the others.

Netzsch 4 NS – Four Screw Pump (Geared Twin)

Two shafts with four screws rotate inside a cartridge. The screws do not touch each other, and do not touch the cartridge. Therefore there is no metal-to-metal contact in this pump type. Synchronization of the two shafts is effected by a pair of timing gears remote from the pump chamber. The fluid is pumped from the extremities towards the center. The pumping chamber is formed by the four screws and the cartridge.

The Netzsch NOTOSTM Four Screw Pumps (Geared Twin Screw Pumps) have two shafts with four screws rotating inside a cartridge with timing gears. No contact metal against metal.
