Primeroyal series pumps combine robust, field-proven technology, flexible design, and chemical delivery accuracy, making these metering pumps suitable for a large number of industrial processes.

The pumps feature a variable eccentric drive that enables precise control of the pump delivery rate while meeting or exceeding industry standards for steady-state accuracy and repeatability. It has an efficient design that achieves reliable performance within a minimal footprint.

Our latest innovation to the series is the Primeroyal X metering pump. It has been designed to provide accuracy in the even most challenging environments up to 20,000 psi (1,372 bar).

The pumps’ field-proven design enables precise control of the pump delivery rate with a +/-1% steady state accuracy ranging from 10 to 100% of the nominal flow rate. The pumps’ fieldproven design enables precise control of the pump delivery rate while meeting or exceeding industry standards for steady state accuracy and repeatability. They feature a compact, variable eccentric drive that changes the stroke length by changing the position of the center of the shaft in the eccentric. Model PP provides accurate dosing of a broad spectrum of fluids at flow rates that can reach more than 15,665 l/h (4,138 gph). The pump has a modular design that accepts three types of liquid ends and offers capacity control options so it can meet the specific requirements of a large number of demanding industrial processes.

PRIMEROYAL® PX FT Model

Engineered for process-critical applications, the PRIMEROYAL® Flat Twin (PX FT) metering pump is Milton Roy’s most powerful pump explicitly designed for high performance industries and applications. PRIMEROYAL® PX Model

PRIMEROYAL® metering pumps are versatile, reliable pumps that consistently and accurately inject chemicals. The pumps’ field proven design enables precise control of the pump delivery rate with a +/-1% steady state accuracy, over a range to 10 to 100% of the nominal flow rate, and repeatability. They feature a compact, variable eccentric drive that changes the stroke length by changing the position of the center of the shaft in the centric this API675-compliant pump has been designed to deliver maximum performance within a minimized footprint.

Model X provides accurate dosing of a broad spectrum of fluids at pressures up to 1,029 bar (14,924 psi) and a maximum flow rate of up to 16,490 l/h (4,198 GPH) per dosing head.
