Pioneer standard centrifugal pumps provide superior performance in a variety of high pressure, sewage, trash or dewatering applications. The large stainless-steel impeller eye yields lower NPSHr and improved vapor-handling capabilities, making them ideal for industrial, municipal, agricultural, mining, and oil and gas settings.
Pioneer standard centrifugal series pumps are designed to handle the toughest dewatering, sewage, and trash applications. Put them to work on wastewater and process flow installations. The overall design makes them ideal for a variety of operating conditions, including municipal wastewater treatment, industrial setting and food processing.
Our best in class standard centrifugal clear liquid processing pump series optimize performance in high pressure applications. Designed specifically for demanding applications such as mine dewatering and industrial process water, the construction stands up to high pressure and entrained moisture – and includes ductile iron wet ends, 17-4 PH stainless-steel shafts, and a variety of rugged impeller materials.
Pioneer Pump® HWR Series Wear-Resistant Pumps are manufactured with high-chrome white iron to maximize resistance against destructive abrasives and maintain peak performance longer in slurry and manure applications. Oversized shafts, bearings, and seals, in addition to thick casting walls further resist unnecessary wear, while an axial-style wear ring allows for external adjustment to simplify service and increase pumping uptime. The HWR Series is available in flows up to 4,875 gpm and can be packaged to meet nearly any application need.
