NEMO® BY

NEMO® BY Progressing Cavity Pumps can be used in any area of industry where a great variety of different substances must be pumped or very precisely dosed. From low viscosity media to products barely capable of flowing, with or without solid content, shear-sensitive, sticky or abrasive – with the NEMO® BY, even difficult substances are conveyed gently and under low pulsation.

In block construction with a flanged drive, this NEMO® pump is particularly compact and economical. NEMO® Progressing Cavity Pump in FSIP® design

NEMO® Progressing Cavity Pumps in FSIP® design can be used in any area of industry where a great variety of different substances must be pumped or very precisely dosed. The FSIP® concept of the NEMO® Progressing Cavity Pump is especially interesting where pumps are installed in wear intensive applications requiring more service and maintenance work. Every time the installer’ s workload is eased, additional work steps are avoided and maintenance time is reduced, this enables savings in terms of capacities and costs.

The FSIP® pump is designed in a way that the housing itself functions as support and orientation guideline. The special design enables that each part automatically fits into its destination. Positioning is done automatically without further adjustments. Therefore the change of all wear parts takes less than half of the time required so far.

In block construction with a flanged drive, this NEMO® pump is particularly compact and economical. The pump also differentiates itself by means of low investment and operating costs. In FSIP® design the pump can help to safe even more maintenance costs and costs caused by downtimes. Two rotor/stator geometries are available to cover a broad spectrum of products and applications. NEMO® SY

The NEMO® SY Progressing Cavity Pump is used for demanding applications in every branch of industry around the globe. In bearing block design with free shaft extension, this pump can be run with any type of drive, such as servo motors, diesel motors or hydraulic drives. The pump can also handle high-pressure applications. Four rotor/stator geometries are available, enabling the pump to be customized perfectly to your application case. The NEMO® SY is suitable for all branches of industry where low- to mid- viscosity and/or shear-sensitive, abrasive or adhesive media must be safely and gently conveyed.


 NEMO® C.Pro®

The NEMO® C.Pro® Dosing Pump is a fully synthetic pump for the precise dosing of a great variety of chemicals in environmental technology and the chemical industry. The NEMO® BH Hygienic Pump is employed in the foodstuff, pharmaceutical, cosmetic and chemical/biochemical industries for hygienic applications and optimal cleaning. It is ideal in these settings due in part to its continuous, pressure-stable, gentle and low-pulsation conveyance and in part to its capability of dosing in proportion to speed. The block pump construction with flanged drive is particularly compact and economical to operate.

NEMO PUMPS® are designed, produced and inspected in accordance with the regulations of the EHEDG (European Hygienic Equipment Design Group) and the QHD (Qualified Hygienic Design). The materials used are approved by the FDA (Food and Drug Administration) and the BfR (German Federal Institute for Risk Assessment). In addition, NEMO® Hygienic and Aseptic Pumps meet the specifications of the United States’ 3-A Sanitary Standards and are GOST-R certified (a Russian certificate of conformity).

NEMO® BF

The NEMO® BF is used in all branches of industry to provide continuous, pressure-stable, gentle and low-pulsation conveyance with dosing in proportion to rotation speed. It is employed primarily for highly viscous, compacted and crumbly substances that do not have a tendency to bridge.
For optimal feed into the conveying elements, the pump housing is designed with an enlarged, rectangular hopper and conical force-feed chamber as well as a special coupling rod with a patented, horizontally positioned feeding screw.
In block construction with a flanged drive, this pump is particularly compact and economical.


NEMO® BP

For highly viscous, compacted and crumbly substances that have a tendency to bridge, the NEMO® BP Progressing Cavity Pump is the optimal solution. The NEMO® BP can be used in nearly all branches of industry to provide continuous, pressure-stable, gentle and low-pulsation conveyance with dosing in proportion to rotation speed. The special features of this model include the patented, horizontally positioned feeding screw, the integrated bridge breaker and the enlarged rectangular hopper. Optimal feed into the conveying elements is guaranteed by means of the coupling rod with this feeding screw and the conical force-feed chamber. The bridge breaker prevents bridging and makes the mixing of aggregates possible. The hopper dimensions can be adjusted to the individual application case. The block construction of the NEMO® BP with flanged drive is particularly compact and economical.


NEMO® B.Max® Mixing Pump

The NEMO® B.Max® is setting new standards with its maximum mixing and conveying capabilities for biosubstrates. It is the result of continued development work on the NETZSCH NEMO® Progressing Cavity Pump with hopper and conveying screw.
The pump housing has a large rectangular hopper and removable conical force-feed chamber, as well as a coupling rod with patented, horizontally positioned conveying screw, that guarantee optimal product feeding to the conveying elements. The positioning of the conveying supports on the hopper housing allows for maximum mixing of the substrate.


NEMO® BO/BS

The NEMO® BO/BS Progressing Cavity Pump with square/rectangular hopper and coupling rod with feeding screw and force-feed chamber is employed in almost all branches of industry to provide continuous, pressure-stable, gentle and low-pulsation conveyance. This special design guarantees better feed into the conveying elements. Another great advantage of the NEMO® Progressing Cavity Pump is its ability to dose nearly any substance in proportion to rotation speed. In block construction with a flanged drive, this pump is particularly compact and economical.


NEMO® BT Immersible Pumps

In some cases the viscosity of the crude oil is so high, that it cannot be conveyed by a horizontally installed pump. Here the vertically designed NETZSCH progressing cavity pump offers an ideal solution. This design is also available as a Caisson pump and is characterized by extremely low NPSH values.


NEMO® Immersible Pump

NEMO® Immersible Pumps are used for emptying barrels, tanks, and pits. They are also used where space is limited and the danger of cavitation may be present. In addition, these pumps are suitable for emptying barrels containing materials hazardous to water and the environment.
